Koala fancy fold card

I just finished getting all my card kits ready for Monday’s class at my place!  I have a big stack of multiples all cut out and ready to go, and then I made this one of a kind card. A nice change of pace 😉

The fancy fold is just 2 extra cuts on the card base, and one extra score line, and looks like so when closed.

I used the Kind Koala stamp set, Everything Eleanor stamp set, and the new In Colors Mint Macaron and Watermelon Wonder. It also uses the Dotted Lace Trim in Mint Macaron.  The patterned paper is Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper.

Did you notice that I changed the koala’s flower to match the other flowers?  I just inked the koala with markers and didn’t do the flower, then used the smallest flower from the Everything Eleanor stamp set to finish it off.

Here’s the card open. You can see that there is still a space to write a message inside.

I followed the cutting instructions for the card found at Lisa Young’s web site, found here.
